SHIPPING
All Merchandise is Shipped via U.S. Post Office unless other arrangements are made. The Customer assumes responsibility for all Freight Charges.

TERMS
Payment can be made by C.O.D. Money Order or Certified Check, unless previously arrangements have been made.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
Because each order is custom printed we do not offer refunds.  However, we will replace an order if there is an obvious manufacturing defect or the wrong image is shipped.  Any merchandise returned to MattPolito.com must have prior approval. All returns must be made Freight Prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of reason for return.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
MattPolito.com ships all Merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition.  If the Merchandise is damaged in shipping we will replace the order once it is returned to us.  Future shipments will be insured, in which case all Claims for Damaged Merchandise must be made with the Carrier. All Packaging materials must be presented to the Carrier with a claim. Do Not Return damaged Merchandise to MattPolito.com without prior approval.
